After ten years of serving as the congregational leader of Kingdom Living, a congregation in Kansas City under Tikkun International, Paul Blake is now the President of The Acts 15 Society (website: here), which is devoted to unity between Jews and Christians via study of Acts 15 and the practical 21st century implications. The Society provides an online hub with discussion forums for studying Acts 15 - accelerating research, understanding, and implementation.

In 1992, David Stern wrote, 'Certain New Testament chapters are uniquely important ... This is one of those chapters.' Yet 25 years later, we are still struggling to articulate what this chapter means. Perhaps each congregation should have a member pursuing an interpretation and expression of Acts 15.

The Acts 15 Chronicle is a multi-author book series published by the Society. If your organization would like a free copy of the Chronicle in e-book format (as funding is available), you can sign up here.

A NOTE FOR DONORS TO THE TIKKUN INTERNATIONAL® FUND AND TIKKUN CONNECTED MINISTRIES

Tikkun International is a U.S. 501(c)(3) organization that has partnered with several leaders and ministries abroad to administer donations according to our expressed purposes. When one gives to a Tikkun-connected ministry, one writes checks to Tikkun International and suggests the ministry to which they direct their funds. We are the agency that serves these ministries for U. S. fund management, accounting and audits etc. We seek to honor donor wishes. However, (as is the case with all non-profits) the IRS does require that ultimate control over the disbursement of such funds is according to the decision of the Tikkun board on which are some of the men who lead the connected ministries.

PAYMENTS BY MAIL

Make checks payable to "Tikkun International". Mail to: PO Box 2997, Gaithersburg, MD 20886-2997.

For donations to individual emissaries, attach a note indicating "for the ministry of -----------", but do not write on the check. By IRS rules (which apply to all non-profits), checks that are designated for individuals on the memo line can not be accepted as a tax deductible gift. We seek to honor donor's requests here, and our emissaries depend upon us doing so.

TAX DEDUCTIONS

Currently, as a USA 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charitable organisation, we are only able to offer donation receipts that are acceptable to the United States tax authorities. In particular, donations are not considered tax-deductible by the Canadian tax authorities, neither are they eligible for the UK GiftAid scheme.
