Zion's Glory Update
January 1 2015

The following is a Zion's Glory prayer update from Eddie and Jackie Santoro in Israel. We encourage you to forward it to whomever you think might be interested in the following information. It is sent out in conjunction with a monthly newsletter. Dear Faithful Friend,

First and foremost, we want to take a moment to wish you a wonderful, healthy and blessed New Year! It is our prayer that God will supply your every need and that every dream that He has put in your heart would move closer to its fulfillment. Jackie and I thank you for your love and support as we press on in the race that lies before us.

A New Season

Along with the New Year, we are also entering into a new season for our congregation. After an incredibly busy week, we have successfully moved out of our old building and Ahavat Yeshua will be having its first meeting in the new location this Saturday. The remodeling work is not quite finished, so for this first week, we will be meeting in a different hall in the same building.

We do believe that we will be greatly blessed in our new location. We will be sharing the meeting hall with two other congregations and we trust that by God's grace, this will result in a greater and deeper unity between our three congregations. As is declared in Psalm 133, "How good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious oil upon the head...For there the Lord commanded the blessing." Please join us in praying for this greater unity between our congregations and that the anointing and blessing that God promises will manifest itself in abundance.

Many Thanks

Several weeks ago we sent out a prayer update asking for financial support to help cover the cost of the renovation of our new space. The response has been incredible and we want to thank all of you that felt led to help us with this need. We still have more to go and so if you would like to participate in this project, just click on the link below and specify "for building fund" on the donation form or check. Again, we thank you!

Young Leadership

Another very exciting "new beginning" this past week was ordaining Mati as our most recent young deacon. We now have four gifted couples serving on our leadership team. Each has a growing family with young children, each one is working in another job or ministry full time and they all need large amounts of grace to do all that God has put before them. Please pray for Chaim, Evan, Jonathan, Mati and their wives. Pray that in the midst of their very full schedules, they would have enough time and energy to invest themselves in the development and building of our congregation.

Please pray also for Jackie and me as we give ourselves to the work of the ministry that God has put before us, especially as we endeavor to pass the reigns of leadership to this younger generation. Pray that God would give us wisdom, humility, patience and huge amounts of love as we battle to see these young leaders raised up in their mighty calling.

Here are a few more prayer needs:

Again, we thank you for all your love and support over the past year. As we look ahead to the coming year, we want you to know that your partnership with Zion's Glory gives us great hope and expectation for all that lies before us. Together we are a mighty army that will surely see God's purposes fulfilled and the enemies plans thwarted in 2015.

We send you our love from Zion,
