Dear Faithful Friend,
Tomorrow morning, Jackie and I will be leaving for a one week ministry trip to Italy. We are returning to Congregation Beth Yeshua in Dolo, one of the very few Spirit filled Messianic Jewish Congregations in that country. We were there about six months ago and had a wonderfully blessed time of ministry that was highlighted by significant personal relationships with the congregational leadership.
On this trip we will be ministering at a series of meetings and also spending time with the younger, future leaders. We are also looking forward to more precious time with Roberto, the congregational leader, Ada, his wife and Elena, their daughter and my translator.
We ask you to please cover this journey in prayer. Pray for our health and strength. Pray that we would truly be led of the Spirit and that each moment would be filled with God's anointing. Pray that our ministry times would impact those present with a deeper understanding of God's love for each one, as well as the important part that each can play in the unfolding plan of God for Israel.
The Lord promised that in the Last Days His Word would go forth from Jerusalem to the nations of the earth. We thank you for your participation in this unfolding testimony of His grace.
Last Year's Visit
Israel's New Government
In Israel, winning the election is only the first step in the election process. Prime Minister Netenyahu is now half way through the alloted four weeks that he is given to establish a new ruling coalition which will be formed by the inclusion of other political parties. This process is critically important as the leadership positions that are promised and the political compromises that must be made to get the different parties to come "on board" will profoundly impact where the new government stands on many issues.
Please pray for God's will in this process. Pray that the coalition that is formed will be strong and stable and will carry Israel through the complex political realities of these days.
We send you our love from Zion,
